OLD STUFF
So, I was just playing around on the computer and stumbled into my computer science project. This project was to make a web page and do some random other activities. My project was scrapbooking our family trip out west. It's a lot better than I remember. If you'd like to check it out click here. If you click on the top right link (to the project), it will take you to the project homepage. Enjoy!

Oh, Aeris!
Hello!!!! Just woke up from some much needed sleep. Aeris and I had a day packed full of fun yesterday! We started out by Monday night finishing up decorating the house all "scarrry" for halloween. Then we went to sleep. We woke up and painted our fingernails black and orange, went to the zoo for 3 hours, came home and took a nap, woke up and baked cupcakes, went to the fair until 11:30 (yikes) where we road lots of rides and played a couple games, then we came home to ice the cupcakes and decorative them all "scarrry." Whew. Made me tired again just writing it. So, Al came to pick her up and hopefully she slept all the way home! We had lots of fun times, a 3 year old definitely knows how to wear the two of us out, that's for sure!!!!

teaching....
I'm considering teaching science at a local high school. If I commit 3 years of service they will pay for my certification and the majority of a masters degree in education. Thoughts on the situation? Advise? It would be immediately available. The thought of having a full time job that I have a summer vacation and holidays off sounds really appealing to me!!!! : )

Almost Ready...
So I wanted to take a couple pics of packing and decided to go ahead and post them. We're each bringing a backpack and a carry-on (a day pack). Her parents are bringing an extra suitcase for us next week with "luxury" items. So, this is what I have ready... I'm super excited and can't wait to get to the airport. Hopefully I'll have a PC to post from at least, I might not be able to upload pics until I get back home. But, we'll see about all of that later. Hope you guys have a great week (I know I will!!!)!

Last of Panama City Beach
Aaron and Aeris at a cool jade sculpture.
Aeris playing beach volley ball (virtual style).
The CRAZY hail storm and rain we drove through.
Can we say flash flooding?!?!?
Here are some pictures from the beach right before we left. We took Aeris to the Ripley's Believe it or not museum and then headed out for our 10 hour drive!!
Beach Pictures
Just wanted to post a link to Dad's pictures from Panama City Beach. I'm just packing the last few things for Hawaii. We leave in the wee hours of Sunday morning... YAY!!!!!!!

Panama City Beach
Panama City Beach was amazing!! The weather was great and the water was beautiful. And don't worry- my family is still crazy and dysfunctional. Aeris and Aaron came with me down there and I learned a couple of really important things...
1. Two year olds have to pee very often when on long car rides.
2. Sunscreen is good to apply at least one time when you're at the beach.
3. Patience is essential on family vacations.
4. Couch beds just aren't very comfortable, whatever position you sleep in.
5. It takes a lot of energy to take care of a kid.

Weekend with Aeris
I kidnapped Aeris this past weekend and so we went to the zoo and played (around the house, with the cats, in the dirt...). Here are a couple of photos from this weekend.
New Things
Since I'll be on vacation for awhile I figured this would be the best way to keep in touch with everyone. Just to give an overview I will be in Panama City, FL from July 19-22 and then Hawaii from July 28-August 12. I figure I'm only young once and before I start my career I want to get some fun and travel in. So, I'll post pictures and comments on here about my trips. And also any other random information that I can think about. : )
